The project involved the complete reconstruction of the new Administrative Offices on the fourth floor (Building A), along with the electromechanical upgrade of the entire clinic through the installation of modern equipment on the rooftop of Buildings A, B and C at the Diagnostic and Nursing Clinic E. Draginis S.A. – Mediterraneo Hospital, located at 8–12 Ileias Street, Glyfada, Attica.

The project was completed in two phases without interrupting the operation of any department of the clinic.

During the first phase, the new Administration Building underwent an external energy upgrade using modern, energy-efficient materials, including an external thermal insulation system and a new roof. At the same time, the interior spaces were redesigned using new environmentally friendly and energy-efficient materials.

The second phase included the installation of new electromechanical systems throughout the facility.
